Home sampling

To arrange home sample collection, contact the Parse call center and provide the names of the tests or the prescription, your exact address, and your preferred time. The reception desk will check whether the requested tests can be performed at the location, the service coverage area, the cost, and the visit time, and will coordinate with you. Before the sample collector arrives, obtain the preparation instructions for your tests. Providing an address or preferred time alone does not mean that the appointment is confirmed; final coordination is handled through the reception desk.
