Fertility testing

One stage in the fertility evaluation journey

Fertility-related tests answer specific questions from the physician. For example, in semen analysis, characteristics such as sperm count, motility, and shape are examined. This information is part of a fertility evaluation and, on its own, does not determine the final outcome of the treatment pathway or the possibility of pregnancy.

Before collecting the sample

First, confirm the exact test name with the Parse reception desk and obtain the preparation instructions, sample collection method, and delivery requirements for that specific test. If the physician has requested an additional examination, provide its name separately so that the possibility of performing it can be determined.

After the result is ready

Provide the result to your treating physician for review alongside your medical records and other findings. The decision to repeat the test or conduct further examinations rests with the physician.
